Five years after their debut, unclassifiable Brussels band Turquoise are back with their debut album ‘Avant Demain’, released on 25 October on Freaksville Records. With a daring blend of post-punk, new wave, synthpop and shoegaze, the four members of this Belgian band take us on a musical whirlwind of soaring flights, analogue cavalcades and raw energy. Driven by Sarah Boom's haunting vocals and sung in French, Turquoise explores melancholy soundscapes through poetic melodies that are both gentle and powerful.
