Nephtys (Caroline Hakim) is an urban artist in Brussels. Born mixed-race from a Syrian father & a Belgian mother, she grew up under their artistic influence.

Refuting popular stereotypes of misogyne rap and violence, Nephtys subtlety mixes conscious punch-lines with her soft and warming voice. 

From her strong background on Jazz & Pop scenes, she reconnects herself to her first love: Soul & Hip-Hop, in a way to allow the woman she’s becoming to express herself.

Nephthys narrates through her sincere and hopeful words, her vision of the world, the realities and the dreams she carries in her heart. Close to the public, she wants to share her optimism despite the hardships of life.
